Powdered eggs

Powdered eggs are eggs that have been dried out and turned into powder. This makes them much easier to store and transport than regular eggs, which can break and go bad quickly.

To make powdered eggs, the egg whites and yolks are separated and then they are either whipped together and sprayed into a hot chamber or they are sprayed separately into hot air streams. This dries them out and turns them into a powder.

The powder can then be packaged up into small containers or large bags and sent to stores and markets all over the world.

When you want to make scrambled eggs or use eggs in a recipe, you can add water to the powdered eggs to rehydrate them. The rehydrated powdered eggs can then be used just like regular eggs!

So, even though they are in powder form, they still have all the proteins and nutrients that regular eggs have. Plus, they will last a lot longer in your pantry!
