Prakṛti

Prakṛti is an ancient Indian concept that means "nature" or "original form." It is closely related to the idea of "cosmic order" and is believed to be the underlying force that runs the universe. In Hinduism, it is seen as the essential source of all that is and the cause of all change. It is thought to be the source of both physical and spiritual elements and is sometimes referred to as the "mother of all creation." In this way, Prakṛti is seen as a sort of cosmic force that creates and sustains the world.
