ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Prince of Waterloo

Okay kiddo, let me explain what a prince of Waterloo is.

Do you know what a prince is?

A prince is someone who belongs to a royal family. It's kind of like a king or queen, but they are not in charge of everything. They might be the son of a king or queen, or they might be the brother of a king or queen.

Waterloo is a place in Canada. It's a city in the province of Ontario.

So when we say "prince of Waterloo," we are talking about someone who is part of a royal family and has a special connection to the city of Waterloo.

Now, here's the thing: there is no prince of Waterloo that we know of! It's possible that someone in the future could be given that title, but as of right now, there isn't anyone who is officially known as the prince of Waterloo.

But even though there isn't a prince of Waterloo at the moment, the city still has a lot of history and culture that is worth learning about. And who knows, maybe someday there will be a prince or princess who calls Waterloo their home.
