ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Property Management

Okay kiddo, so do you know what a house is? Great, so imagine you have a lot of houses, like a big building or even neighborhoods with lots of houses. Now, it’s not easy for one person to take care of all these houses, right? That's where property management comes in!

Property management means a group of people who take care of many houses or buildings owned by someone else. They make sure that everything in those houses is working well and they fix anything broken if needed.

They are like a superhero team for your house! They make repairs, do cleaning, collect rent from tenants, and make sure the tenants are good and happy. They also take care of renting out any empty houses, finding new tenants, and making sure everything is legal, like paying taxes and following the rules of the state.

So, just like a teacher manages the classroom, property management manages houses or buildings. They make sure everything is okay, so you don't have to worry about it!
