Okay, so you know how Scotland and England are two different countries but they're really close to each other? Well, a long time ago, Scotland decided to join with England and become part of the United Kingdom. But some people in Scotland think they might be better off on their own, like they used to be before.
So, a few years ago, Scotland had a vote to decide if they should become their own country again or stay in the United Kingdom. In the end, most people voted to stay in the United Kingdom. But now, some people in Scotland are still not happy with that decision and they want to have another vote to try and become their own country again.
