Protein–protein interactions

Proteins are like big puzzle pieces that fit together to do a certain job inside of your body. Protein–protein interactions are when two proteins fit together like a puzzle. When two proteins come together, they can do a special job inside of your body. For example, if two puzzle pieces come together, they can make a picture. In the same way, when two proteins come together, they can make a thing that helps your body do something special.
