Psychological trauma

Psychological trauma is when something really stressful or upsetting happens to you. It could be something like an accident, a natural disaster, or even something like bullying. It can make you feel really scared, confused, or helpless. Trauma can even make you feel like you are unable to do anything. It can be really difficult to cope with, but it is important to try to find ways to take care of yourself and allow yourself to heal. Talking to a counselor or therapist can help you learn how to cope.
