Pull-out method

The pull-out method is when a person withdraws their penis from their partner's vagina before they ejaculate, which is when semen (the stuff that can make babies) comes out. It is called the "pull-out" method because the person pulls their penis out before the semen comes out.

Think of it like a game of "peek-a-boo." You cover your eyes, and then you take your hands away to reveal your eyes. In the same way, the person covers their penis inside the vagina, and then they take it away before the semen comes out.

People use the pull-out method to try to prevent pregnancy without using a condom or other birth control. However, it is not a very reliable method of birth control because sometimes the semen can leak out before the person pulls out, or they might not pull out in time.

It's important to remember that the pull-out method does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). To protect against both pregnancy and STIs, it's a good idea to use a condom or another form of birth control.
