Pure sociology is a way to look at social groups and how they interact. It helps us understand why people do the things they do and how different groups of people fit together. To make it easier to understand, let’s use an example. Let's say there is a group of kids at school who are in the same grade and love playing sports. Pure sociology would look at why those kids chose to play sports and how their enjoyment of playing sports affects their relationships with each other. It would also look at how their attitudes and behaviours change when they interact with kids from different grades or clubs. By examining this, pure sociology gives us a better understanding of how different social groups work and why they act the way they do.
