Puru and Yadu Dynasties

Once upon a time, there were two big families who thought they were the most special in all the land of India. They were called the Puru and the Yadu dynasties.

Now these family trees were very long and complicated, but we can simplify it by imagining them as family trees like we have in our own families.

The Puru family had a big strong man named King Bharata who was very respected and powerful. He was known for being a great warrior and leader. His family tree continued with his son named Hastinapura who also became king and had many sons and grandsons.

The Yadu family, on the other hand, had a very different path. They had a leader named King Yadu who was a great fighter too, but he had many sons who were also strong warriors and wanted to become leaders themselves. So, the Yadu family tree divided into many branches with many different leaders.

Both families were famous for their bravery and had many stories written about them. Some people even believe that they might be related to some of the gods from Hindu mythology.

Overall, these were just two of many dynasties that existed in ancient India and played a big role in shaping the country's history and culture.
