QGIS is a free and open-source software used to make maps and analyze geographical data. It lets you look at data sets and visualize them on a map and helps you answer questions like "how far is it from one place to another?" and "what are the boundaries of a certain area?" You can even add images and text to make your map look even cooler. You can also use it to measure distances, areas, and much more.
