ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Question Hour

Imagine you are in a big group of people, like your class at school. You are the leader of the class, and everyone in the class has some questions they want to ask you. During "question hour," you get to answer all of their questions, one at a time, so they can learn more and understand your decisions better.

Now imagine you are a member of the government, like a member of parliament. The people of your country have questions they want to ask you about how you are running the country and making decisions. During "question hour" in parliament, you get to answer their questions, one at a time, so they can understand more about what you are doing and why. This helps people feel more involved in the government and have a better idea of what is happening in the country.
