Radial axle

Okay, kiddo, so imagine you have a car toy, and you can see its wheels. Now, the important thing to notice is that the wheels are attached to something called an "axle."

An axle is like a long stick that goes through the center of the wheel and helps its rotation. Usually, axles are straight and run from one side of the car to the other. However, a radial axle is a little different.

A radial axle looks like a spider's legs! It has a hub (like the body of the spider) that connects it to the center of the wheel. From there, several spokes (like the spider's legs) come out of the hub and connect to the rim of the wheel.

Using a radial axle has some advantages. For instance, it can make a car lighter because of the fewer materials used. Also, it can reduce friction in the wheel because the spoke design allows the wheel to spin more freely.

Overall, a radial axle is just a different kind of axle that some engineers use to make things like car wheels work better.
