Rajput clans

Imagine there are many different kinds of families living in a big castle. Each family has a special name and they are called clans. Rajput clans are a group of families that lived in India a long time ago. They were known for being very strong and brave warriors who protected their land and people from harm. Each clan had its own special traditions and beliefs, like their own special way of dressing or the types of weapons they used in battle. Within each clan, there were also different groups called sub-clans or branches. These groups were like cousins within the bigger family and they also had their own unique traditions and ways of doing things. Today, the descendants of these Rajput clans and sub-clans still carry their family names and feel a strong connection to their ancestors' history and heritage.
