Rare-earth element

Rare Earth Elements (REEs) are a group of 17 special elements found in parts of the Earth. They are elements like Scandium, Yttrium, and Lanthanum. These elements are used to make computers, phones, and other electronics work better. They are called rare-earth because they are not found in many places on Earth, so they are harder to find.
