ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Real-time business intelligence

Real-time business intelligence is a way for businesses to make decisions quickly by using data to make predictions about their customers and what their needs might be. It's kind of like a game. The business collects information about their customers and then uses that to decide what would make them happiest. For example, if they know that customers tend to buy a particular type of product, they can set up their store to have lots of that item so that customers can easily find what they are looking for and be happy. By using this information, businesses can decide faster and make customers happier.
