In Buddhism, reality is the way things truly are, beyond how we experience and perceive them with our five senses. Buddhists believe that everything is constantly changing and is not permanent, so our understanding of reality is always shifting and growing. Buddhists believe that ultimately, all reality exists in a form of emptiness or nothingness and that this nothingness can be experienced through meditation. Through meditation, Buddhists seek to experience and understand the reality beyond what we can see, feel, hear, and think.
