Receptionist

A receptionist is like the person you see when you first enter a building or a room. They are there to greet you and help you find what you need. They are like the doorkeeper who lets people in and out. They sit at a desk and answer the telephone and help visitors. Sometimes they wear a uniform that shows they work there. It's a very important job because they help people feel welcome and make sure everything runs smoothly.
