Recovery disc

A recovery disc is like a big eraser for your computer. It's a special disc (or sometimes a USB drive) that has a bunch of information on it to help you start over with your computer. When you use the recovery disc, it will erase everything on your computer and then install a clean set of programs and settings it had when you first bought it. This can be useful if your computer stops working or if you want to reset your computer back to the way it was when you first bought it.
