Referral marketing

Referral marketing is when you tell your friends about something you like and they try it too, then they tell their friends, and it keeps going like that.

Let's say you have a favorite toy that you love to play with. You tell your friend about how much fun you have playing with it and how cool it is. Your friend wants to try it out, so you let them play with it too. If they end up liking it, they might tell their friends about it, and the cycle continues.

Now, instead of just a toy, let's imagine it's a product or service that a company is trying to sell, like a cool new video game. The company wants to get as many people as possible to buy the game, so they might offer rewards or discounts to people who refer their friends. This way, the people who really like the game will tell others about it, and the company can make more sales.

So, referral marketing is a way for companies to get more customers by encouraging their current customers to tell their friends about the product or service. When someone makes a referral, they might get a reward or discount, and the company gets more sales.
