ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Refresher training

Refresher training is when you go back to school or training for something you already learned before. It's like when you learned how to tie your shoes, but you haven't tied them in a long time and forgot how to do it. So, you go back and practice tying your shoes again, and the practice helps you remember how to do it. Refresher training works the same way. If you learned something in the past, but you haven't done it in a while, you might forget some important details or steps. Refresher training helps you remember those details, so you can do your job or task correctly and safely. It's like practicing a skill until you get good at it again!
