Regularization (physics)

Regularization is a way to make a physical system less complicated. It involves taking away some of the extra stuff that makes the system hard to understand, like extra pieces or tiny details. By taking away these extra pieces or details, it becomes easier to understand or analyze the system. So regularization makes the physical system simpler and easier to understand.
