Religious persecution

Religious persecution is when people are treated badly or hurt because of their religion or beliefs. It happens when people who have different beliefs do not respect and accept each other. People can be told they cannot go to certain places or do certain things because of their religion, or people may threaten them and hurt them because of their religion. This can happen to people of any religion, and it is wrong.
