Renewable energy in Canada

In Canada, renewable energy is energy that comes from sources that can be used over and over again, instead of running out like non-renewable energy sources. Renewable energy sources can different things: the sun, water, wind, and even plants. For example, solar power comes from the sun and hydro power comes from the force of water moving! Wind power comes from the energy of the wind and biomass energy comes from plants, like wood and crops. Renewable energy is important because it helps reduce pollution in our environment, helps us conserve natural resources, and can provide a more reliable and steady energy supply for Canadians.
