Response to sneezing

When we sneeze, it's like our body is shouting "ACHOO!" really loudly. This happens when something tickles or irritates our nose, like a bit of dust or pollen.

When we sneeze, air rushes out of our nose and mouth really fast, like a big gust of wind. This helps to get rid of the stuff that was bothering our nose.

After we sneeze, sometimes we might feel a little bit dizzy or disoriented. This is because the air rushing out of our nose can change the pressure in our head.

It's important to cover our mouths and noses when we sneeze, especially if we're sick. This helps to stop any germs or viruses from spreading to other people. We can use a tissue, our elbows, or even our hands (but then we need to wash them really well!)

Overall, sneezing is our body's way of helping us get rid of things that don't belong in our nose. It might feel funny, but it's actually a good thing!
