Restricted to Adults

Sometimes there are things that are only meant for grown-ups and not for kids. These things might be dangerous or too difficult for kids to understand. So, there are rules that say only grown-ups are allowed to do or see certain things. This is called a "restricted to adults" rule. It is like someone saying, "Nope, you can't play with that toy because it's not safe for you." Just like how you have to grow up and learn more before you can do big kid things like driving or voting, you have to be a grown-up to do things that are restricted to adults.
