Retinal scan

A retinal scan is a way to identify someone by checking the patterns in their eye. It uses a camera (like the one in your phone or a computer) to take a picture of the inside of your eye. This picture is then compared against a database of similar pictures to see if it matches any. If it does, it can confirm who you are. This can be used for things like making sure someone is who they say they are or for security at a building.
