Revenue protection

Revenue protection is making sure that everyone who uses something pays for it. Imagine you have a basket of candy and you want to sell it all for money. You want to make sure that everyone who takes some candy pays you for it. If you don't check, some people might take candy without paying, and you won't make as much money as you should.

In the same way, companies want to make sure that everyone who uses their products or services pays for them. Revenue protection helps them to do this. They make sure that people who use their products or services pay for them by checking that the right people are using them and that they are paying the right amount of money.

This can be done in lots of different ways, like making people show a ticket to get onto a train or checking IDs to make sure only certain people enter a concert. By doing this, the company can make sure they are getting all the money they are owed and be able to provide the best service they can.
