Alright kiddo, let me tell you about rice bran solubles in a way that you'll understand. Do you know what rice is? It's a delicious little grain that many people eat all over the world. After the rice is harvested, it goes through a process to remove the outer layer, which is called the bran.

Now, sometimes people use the bran for other things. They take the bran and mix it with water to make what we call rice bran solubles. It's sort of like a juice that comes from the bran.

But why do people do this, you might ask? Well, it turns out that rice bran solubles are full of really good things for our bodies. They have lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which help to keep us healthy.

People also use rice bran solubles in other ways too. Sometimes they mix it into their food, like adding it to smoothies or yogurts. Other times, they use it as an ingredient in skincare products because it can help to make our skin look and feel better.

So there you have it, rice bran solubles are like a juice made from the outer layer of rice, and they are really good for us!
