Rice flour

Rice flour is made from rice, which is a type of grain that people eat. Rice flour is just like regular flour that you use to make bread and cookies, but it's made from rice instead of wheat.

Rice flour is used a lot in many different types of foods, like noodles, cakes, and dumplings. It can also be used in place of regular flour if you're trying to eat gluten-free.

When you make rice flour, you wash the rice first to get all of the dirt and extra bits off. Then, you grind the rice up into a fine powder, which is what makes it look like regular flour.

Rice flour is white in color and has a soft, smooth texture. It doesn't have much flavor on its own, so it won't change the taste of your food too much.

Some people might prefer to use rice flour instead of wheat flour because it's easier to digest or if they have an allergy to gluten. It's also a good option if you want to make food that's a little bit healthier, without sacrificing taste.
