Risk matrix

A risk matrix is a tool used to measure how risky a certain situation or activity is. It looks like a grid with a number scale on both the vertical and horizontal axis. The horizontal axis measures the likelihood that something bad might happen, like an accident or a mistake. The vertical axis measures the amount of damage or harm that could happen if the bad thing happened. Each point on the grid represents a particular combination of likelihood and damage, with higher values indicating higher levels of risk or danger. By looking at the risk matrix, you can quickly figure out which situations or activities pose the most risk and plan accordingly.
