Robert Maynard Hutchins

Robert Maynard Hutchins was a smart grown-up who did lots of cool things to teach other grown-ups and kids how to think and learn better. He thought that schools should be more focused on asking questions and exploring ideas than just memorizing information. He also believed that everyone, no matter how rich or poor they were, should have the chance to learn and become smart. So he helped make some really important changes in schools to make sure everyone had a fair shot at learning. Overall, he was a really smart guy who wanted to help everyone become smarter too!
