Robotic sensing

Robotic sensing is when robots use sensors to help them understand the world. Sensors are special tools that help robots detect things, such as shapes, colors, sounds and temperatures. By using these sensors, robots can look around, observe their environment, and detect things in their surroundings. For example, if a robot detected that an object was a bright blue, it might be able to tell it was a ball. Or if a robot detected a loud noise, it could understand that it came from a dog barking. It's like giving robots eyes and ears, so they can figure out what's going on in the world!
