ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Rockridge Institute

The Rockridge Institute was a place where people went to learn about how to talk about topics in a way that made sense to everyone. People who worked there studied how people communicate with each other and how they can make sure their message is understood by everyone. They wanted to help people talk to each other in a way that made sense so that everyone could work together to solve problems. It was like being in a school where grownups learned how to talk to each other like kids do so that everyone could understand what they were saying. Unfortunately, the Rockridge Institute closed in 2008, but their ideas are still used by people today.
