Roman chair

Hey there kiddo! Have you ever seen a chair that looks like you can only sit halfway on it? That's called a Roman chair.

A Roman chair is a special piece of exercise equipment that can help you strengthen your back, core, and legs. You use it by lying face down on the chair, with your legs hooked into the footpads at the bottom. Then you slowly raise your upper body up until you're almost at a right angle with the floor, and then gently lower it back down.

This motion squeezes your lower back muscles and your glutes (the muscles in your butt), which can help make them stronger. It's also good for your core muscles, which help you balance and support your body.

The Roman chair is named after the ancient Romans, who used similar chairs to exercise and strengthen their soldiers. But don't worry, you don't have to be a soldier to use one - people of all ages and abilities can enjoy the benefits of the Roman chair!
