Roulette (curve)

Okay kiddo, have you ever played spin the bottle or played with a top that spins? Roulette is kind of like that, but with numbers and betting involved.

First, imagine a big wheel with numbered slots around the edge - this is the roulette wheel. Beside it is a table with different options for where you can bet. You can bet on a specific number or a range of numbers, like odd or even.

The dealer, the person in charge of the game, will spin the wheel and then drop a small ball onto it. The ball will eventually land in one of the numbered slots on the wheel - this is the winning number for that round.

If you correctly predicted the winning number or range of numbers, then you win! The amount you win depends on how much you bet and what kind of bet you placed.

A roulette curve refers to the mathematical probability of where the ball is most likely to land on the wheel. The curve shows that certain numbers or ranges of numbers are more likely to win than others. But remember, it's still a game of chance and there's never a guarantee of winning!
