The rural transport problem is when people in rural areas have difficulty getting from one place to another. This is because there may not be many roads where they live or public transportation like buses or trains. This means they have to rely on walking or taking a car or bus to get where they need to go. This can be hard if there aren't many roads or public transportation in the area.
