Russian military deception is when they pretend to do one thing, while really doing something else. For example, they might pretend to set up a military base in one place when they are really setting up a base in a different place. This kind of deception helps them to fool their enemies and keep them guessing about what the Russians are up to. This can give the Russians an advantage on the battlefield.
