Ryynimakkara

Ryynimakkara is a type of Finnish sausage that is made using a special type of grain. The grain is first cooked in water until it becomes soft and mushy. Then, it is mixed with pork, beef, or sometimes reindeer meat and spiced with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

Once the mixture is well-combined, it is stuffed into a casings made of animal intestines. The sausage is then boiled in water until it is fully cooked and ready to eat.

Ryynimakkara is often enjoyed as a traditional Finnish dish, especially during festivals or celebrations. It can be eaten on its own or served with potatoes and lingonberry sauce. It's a hearty and delicious meal that is loved by many people in Finland.
