Sánchez Navarro latifundio

Okay kiddo, have you seen big farms with lots of plants or animals in them? They are called "latifundios". Now, imagine that one person or family owns a lot of these big farms, so they have a lot of power over what gets grown and sold. This is called a "Sánchez Navarro latifundio", named after a family in Mexico that owns a lot of these big farms.

So basically, a Sánchez Navarro latifundio is a huge amount of land, all owned by one family, and they can use it to grow or raise whatever they want. They are really powerful because they control a lot of the food that people can buy and eat, which can be a good or bad thing depending on how they use their power.
