Sabrage
Sabrage is when someone takes a really big sword (but not a real one!) and uses it to open a bottle of champagne!
First, you need a bottle of champagne with a long, skinny neck. Then, you have to make sure the champagne is SUPER cold! Like, colder than your ice cream on a hot summer day!
Next, you hold the bottle steady in one hand and use your other hand to slide the sword along the bottle's neck until it hits the lip of the bottle. With a quick and strong flick of your wrist, the sword will break off the top of the bottle, leaving a clean edge and the champagne ready to be served!
It's really fun to watch and makes you feel like a knight! But, you need to be very careful and make sure you're using the right kind of sword and doing it in a safe place with people who know what they're doing! It's definitely NOT something you should try at home all by yourself!
