ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sahasrara

Sahasrara is the highest chakra in yoga and is also called the "crown chakra". Chakras are like energy centers in our bodies - they're like little whirlpools of energy that help us feel good.

Sahasrara is like your special "thinking cap" - it's where all your thoughts and ideas come from. When you're feeling your best and thinking really clearly, it's because your sahasrara is working well.

To imagine where your sahasrara is, picture a little lightbulb at the top of your head. That lightbulb shines really brightly when your sahasrara is happy and healthy.

You can help keep your sahasrara in good shape by practicing yoga, meditating, and staying positive. It's important to take care of your whole self, from the top of your head (sahasrara) to the tips of your toes.
