Sai Baba of Shirdi

Sai Baba of Shirdi was a very special person who lived in a town called Shirdi in India a long time ago, about 100 years ago. People loved him very much and still do today.

Sai Baba looked different from other people because he wore a long robe and had a big beard. He also didn't have a lot of things that most people think are important like a house or lots of possessions. He lived in a small room in a temple called a Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir and didn't have much stuff.

But even though Sai Baba didn't have lots of things, he was very wise and kind. He helped people whenever he could and made them feel better when they were sad. He taught people how to be good and kind too, and how to be grateful for what they have.

People used to come from far away just to see Sai Baba and listen to his words of wisdom. They would bring him food and things he needed because they loved him so much.

Even though Sai Baba is not alive anymore, his teachings are still remembered today and many people follow them. The Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir is still there too, and people still visit it to pray and feel close to Sai Baba.
