Satellite

Satellites are machines that orbit around the Earth and help us in a lot of different ways. They look like big balls floating in space and they have powerful cameras and computers on them to help us find out information about the Earth, take pictures, and communicate with other people. They stay in the same spot in the sky because they keep going around and around the Earth the same way all the time.
