ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

School-related gender-based violence (SRGBV)

Srgbv is a type of violence that mainly happens at school and is based on gender. It happens when someone hurts or harms another person because of their gender (like being male or female). This can be physical violence like hitting, kicking, and punching, or it can be psychological violence like threatening or harassing someone. It also includes sexual violence like touching someone in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable or forcing someone to do something they don't want to do. All of these types of violence are wrong, and they can have serious consequences for the people who experience them. Schools should have policies in place to prevent srgbv and all forms of violence.
