Science and Technology Facilities Council

The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) is an organization in the UK that helps scientists and researchers study and make new discoveries about the world around us. They have lots of special tools and equipment that help make this happen, kind of like how a builder has different tools to help them build a house.

The STFC works with scientists to provide them with all the things they need to do their research. This includes big machines that help scientists study things like particles or even the stars in space! They also help fund science and technology projects, to make sure that researchers have the money they need to get their work done.

The STFC works really hard to make sure that scientists have access to all the tools and equipment they need to study all sorts of things, from tiny particles to massive galaxies. This helps scientists learn more about the world around us, and how things work.
