Second Battle of Tijuana
Once upon a time, a long long time ago in a place called Tijuana, there was a big fight between two groups of people. This fight was called the Second Battle of Tijuana. It was like a big game of tag where one group tried to tag the other group while the other group tried to avoid being tagged.
The first group was called the Mexican Federal Forces. They were like the police, but for the whole country of Mexico! They wanted to tag the other group called the Zapatistas who were fighting for more rights and freedoms for the people of Mexico.
The Zapatistas were hiding in a neighborhood called Zona Norte. They were very good at hiding and running away from the Mexican Federal Forces. But the Mexican Federal Forces had big guns and trucks and they wanted to catch the Zapatistas.
So, the Mexican Federal Forces started shooting their guns and throwing grenades to try and tag the Zapatistas. It was very scary for the people who lived in Zona Norte because they were caught in the middle of the game of tag.
The Zapatistas fought back by throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails which are like a bottle with gasoline and a flame on the top. They were trying to tag the Mexican Federal Forces while protecting themselves from getting tagged.
In the end, many people were hurt and some were even killed. It was a very sad and scary time for the people of Tijuana. The Mexican Federal Forces eventually caught some of the Zapatistas, but the Zapatistas continued fighting for more rights and freedoms for the people of Mexico.
