Secondman
Okay kiddo, you know how sometimes there's someone who talks to you about what you're doing and helps you do it better? That's kind of like what a secondman does.
In some jobs, there might be a person who helps you do your work and keeps track of what you're doing. They might give you advice and make sure you're doing everything safely. That person is called a secondman.
