Secular Buddhism

Secular Buddhism is a type of Buddhism that exists without religious beliefs. It is different from traditional Buddhism because religious beliefs are not part of Secular Buddhism. Instead, Secular Buddhism focuses on making people's lives better by finding joy and meaning in everyday life. It also teaches people to be compassionate and aware of their own thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is not focused on rituals, meditation, and prayers like traditional Buddhism is.
