Self-adhesive stamp

Okay kiddo, have you ever used a sticker before? A sticker is something that you peel off and stick onto things like your notebook or your fridge. Well, a self-adhesive stamp is a lot like a sticker.

You know how when you mail a letter or a card, you need to put a stamp on the envelope? In the olden days, people used to lick the back of the stamp and stick it on the envelope. But now, we have self-adhesive stamps!

A self-adhesive stamp has the sticky part already on the back of it. So you don't need to lick it or use any glue. You just peel off the backing paper and stick it on the envelope like a sticker.

It's super easy and quick to use! Plus, you don't have to worry about getting any yucky glue or saliva on your fingers when you're using self-adhesive stamps.
